She's made from our coveted Blue Watercolor Floral crinkle brocade fabric, which features blue and teal florals on a cream background. Her top features a one-shoulder tie and a beautifully laced corset back, while the skirt flaunts layers of organza and a detachable train for a dramatic effect.
